January 5, 2012 - I uploaded a demo of "Farewell Dream Garden" for soprano, flute, and string orchestra. I am hoping that in the upcoming weeks I will be able to post a video from a live performance in Poland. For now enjoy the short demo here.
September 25, 2011 - My new string trio "Grit and Glitz" was premiered in Brooklyn's Exapno by Patti Kilroy, Nick Revel, and Rose Bellini.
August 6, 2011 - A string trio I am currently writing will be featured on the concert by the W4 New Music Collective on September 25 at Exapno in Brooklyn, NY.

June 21, 2011 - I uploaded a scene from "Girl on the Bridge" - La fille sur le pont (1999) by Patrice Leconte. I recently recorded a demo soundtrack to it with the NYU session orchestra at the Frederick Loewe Theater in Manhattan. You can view it here.
June 7, 2011 - "Unveiling" for string orchestra is premiered by by the North/South Consonance under the direction of Max Lifchitz in New York City at Christ and St. Stephen's Church.
May 26, 2011 - "Farewell Dream Garden" for soprano, flute, and string orchestra is premiered by Sylwia Olszynska, Renata Guzik, and the Orpheus Orchestra under the direction of Jan Baryla at the Wroclaw University in Poland. The work won the second prize in the International “Music in the Garden” Composers’ Competition Wroclaw – Kraków 2010/2011
May 8, 2011 - I finished working on a documentary "The Work is One" (2011) by Michelle Pomeroy. A couple of excerpts with my score can be seen on my reel page.

March 13, 2011 - I uploaded the "Bubble Tree", an animation by Ran Jing, to my YouTube channel. You can enjoy it here. My score was the winner of the 2011 NYU Skirball Film Scoring Competition.

December 28, 2010 - "Farewell Dream Garden" for soprano, flute, and string orchestra won the second prize in the International “Music in the Garden” Composers’ Competition Wroclaw – Kraków 2010/2011. It will be premiered in Poland this May by The Orpheus Orchestra.
December 20, 2010 - I completed another film scoring etude by composing original music to a scene from "Birds" (1963) by Alfred Hitchcock. You can watch it here.
November 29, 2010 - I have finished writing a score to a short student film "How Much?" by Nick Ordway. A pop/city groove with just a touch of Middle-Eastern flavor.
November 5, 2010 - I have finished writing a score to a short student film "New York Connection" by Rob Bianco. I enjoyed exploring Musique Concrete, techno, and electronica elements to enhance the flavors of this black-and-white thriller.
October 18, 2010 - I have finished writing a vocalise for soprano, flute, and chamber string orchestra, but I'm unable to reveal more until I submit the piece to competitions this fall.
October 10, 2010 - I will be recording a new demo soundtrack to The Cathedral by Pixar with the string orchestra at NYU this November. I'm also working on several soundtracks to short films.
September 25, 2010 - Unveiling for string orchestra was recently selected by the North/South Consonance to be performed next June at Christ & St. Stephen’s Church in New York City.

May 2, 2010 - My soundtrack to "Homecoming" (2007) a short film by Josiah Signor was featured at the NYU Emerging Film Composers and Songwriters' Night at NYU Steinhardt.
April 28, 2010 - I uploaded a new track to the music page - Wilderness. I used it as a soundtrack in my scoring exercise for the opening scene to No Country for Old Men (2007) by Ethan Coen and Joel Coen which I have posted on the film page.
April 24, 2010 - "Gent I Paisatge de Datalunya" (1926) - People and Landscapes of Catalonia - a silent film depicting cultural life of the early XX c. Barcelona, to which I co-wrote an original score for two pianos, was screened at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. as part of the Washington International Film Festival.

March 28, 2010 - New soundtrack to a scene from a 1962 Russian film "Ivan's Childhood" by Andrei Tarkovsky has been recorded at the New York University and can be heard here.
"Lush" - a work for piano (improvisation), soprano saxophone, and jazz chamber orchestra is to be recorded at the end of March by Rich Shemaria (piano), Rob Jacoby (soprano saxophone), and musicians from the New York University.
March 5, 2010 - I uploaded soundtracks for "War and Peace" and "The Climb" to the film page.
February 6, 2010 - I finished scoring a scene from "War and Peace" (2007) by directors Robert Dornhelm and Brendan Donnison. A very exciting exercise, scoring a battle scene with a mix of symphonic elements and a touch of pop. I hope to upload a demo soon.
February 5, 2010 - I finished writing a score to Catalan silent film depicting cultural life of the early XX c. Barcelona. I co-wrote an original score with three other composers. The challenging aspect of the project was to research the characteristics of Catalan music of that period and to incorporate them into a score for two pianos. The film will be screened at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. in April 2010 as part of the Washington International Film Festival.

December 16, 2009 - I finished writing "Lush" - a work for piano (improvisation), oboe, and jazz chamber orchestra.
December 17, 2009 - I have conducted a recording session of my score to Homecoming - a short film by Josiah Signor. It was a very fruitful session with professional musicians at the Dolan recording studio at the New York University.
December 3, 2009 - I finished scoring "Climb" - a short film by Vincent Ma. I prepared a very engaging electronic score for Vincent and hope to upload the film as soon as it is shown in film festivals this spring.
December 1, 2009 - I finished scoring "Words" - a short film by Max Strebel. I prepared an exciting demo score for piano solo and typewriter (!). I hope to upload the film as soon as it is shown in the film festivals this spring.
